For Agencies
Kovarro for Agencies
Run client work, time tracking, and your sales pipeline from one workspace. Sell the platform forward as your own.
Agencies juggle more tools than any other type of team. A typical mid-sized agency runs ClickUp for delivery, HubSpot for sales, Slack for chat, Hubstaff for tracking, Harvest for invoicing, and Notion for docs. That stack costs $40-60 per seat per month before any of those tools talk to each other - and the integrations break every other quarter.
Kovarro consolidates the work into one platform priced at $19 per seat. The Business tier adds white-label - your brand, your custom domain - so you can resell Kovarro to your clients as part of your retainer.
Today's reality
What Agencies usually feel
Pain 1
Tool sprawl is killing margins
Five SaaS subscriptions per seat, each renewing on its own cycle, each needing its own admin.
Pain 2
Time tracking is friction
Manual timers get forgotten, screenshots feel surveillance-y, invoicing requires hand reconciliation.
Pain 3
Sales work lives in a different universe
Your AEs use HubSpot; the work team uses ClickUp. Won deals don't trigger projects automatically.
Pain 4
Clients want their own branded portal
Reselling tools by name (ClickUp, Notion) signals you're a reseller. They want it to look like yours.
How Kovarro answers
Built for the way you actually work
One subscription, one admin surface
All modules billed on a single per-seat price. Cancellations of the parallel stack typically beat the Kovarro line-item.
Desktop agent that respects people
Automatic time tracking with no screenshots and no keystroke logging. One-click pause. Honest hours, no surveillance.
Won leads become projects in one click
Lead-to-project handoff is built in. The deal data, contacts, and notes carry over - no copy-paste between tools.
White-label on the Business tier
Your domain, your logo, your accent colour. Clients see your brand; we host the infrastructure.
Modules that matter
What Agencies use most
Sales CRM
Pipelines, custom lead fields, office visits, and lead activity timeline. Replaces a starter HubSpot account.
Time tracking + desktop agent
Hours that fill themselves in. Estimate vs actual on every task. Export-ready for client invoices.
Boards + sprints
One workspace per client or one per retainer. Custom statuses for each project's stage.
Team chat
Channels per client, DMs across the agency, threaded replies on every task.
White-label
Your brand on the work platform. The single biggest signal you're a partner, not a reseller.
A week in the life
What it actually looks like
A representative week using Kovarro for this kind of team.
- 1
Monday: weekly client review
Open the client's workspace. Sprint goals + burndown chart + open invoices visible on one dashboard.
- 2
Tuesday: new lead lands in CRM
Sales rep tags the deal owner, fills custom fields (industry, deal size, source). Activity timeline auto-logs every touch.
- 3
Wednesday: deal closes
Mark lead as Won. A new project is created in the right workspace; the deal data and contact pre-fill task descriptions.
- 4
Thursday: design team kicks off
Sprint planning view drafts the first sprint with Cado's read-only AI proposal. Time tracking starts the moment work begins.
- 5
Friday: weekly invoice prep
Export time entries per project. Hours roll up by team member and task category - no manual stopwatch reconciliation.
FAQ
Common questions
Can each client see only their own workspace?
Yes. Workspaces are fully isolated - tenant scoping enforced at the database level. A client signed into their workspace can never see another client's data.
Does white-label cover the desktop agent too?
Yes. The agent ships under your brand on the Business tier, with your domain in the auto-update feed and tray icon.
Can I bill clients through Kovarro?
Time entries export to CSV and integrate with most invoicing tools (QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks). Native invoicing is on the roadmap - see /roadmap.
What happens to my existing tools' data when I switch?
We support imports from ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, and Monday. See the /migration guide for each.
